Privacy policy

1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect when you sign up

• [Placeholder] Email address, first and last name, date of birth, postcode and city, phone type (iPhone or Android), and, if you write one, why you want to join.
• [Placeholder] Which version of the beta terms and this policy you accepted, and when; and whether we may contact you about feedback.

3. What we collect in the app

[Placeholder] Descriptions and photos of the acts you record, the points they earn, and technical data needed to run the app. Photos are checked by a person at All of Kin and by an AI model provided by Anthropic, under a data processing agreement.

4. Why, and on what basis

[Placeholder] To run the beta, verify acts, award points and improve the app. Lawful basis for each purpose to be completed.

5. Who we share it with

[Placeholder] Processors that run the service: Supabase (database and sign-in, EU), Resend (email), Vercel (website hosting), Apple (TestFlight), Anthropic (photo checks). No data is sold. No brand receives your data during the beta, because nothing ships.

6. How long we keep it

[Placeholder] Retention periods to be completed. A request that an adult declines, or that expires after 14 days, is deleted at once.

7. Members under 15 and the adult who approves

[Placeholder] For a member under 15, we ask a parent or legal guardian to approve. We hold the adult’s name and email only — not their address — to ask for approval and to let them withdraw it. The adult can withdraw consent at any time with the link in their confirmation email; the member’s place then ends and their account is deleted with everything in it — profile, acts, photos and points — keeping only an anonymous record that consent was given and withdrawn, and when.
